Welcome to the ISAMA homepage and to the world of Art and Math.ISAMA was founded by Nat Friedman, in order to further interdisciplinary education relating the arts, mathematics, and architecture. To learn the latest about Math and Art, read HYPERSEEING. Published monthly by ISAMA since fall 2006, HYPERSEEING offers a lively mix of articles, news, reviews of books and exhibits, announcements, and even cartoons. Most summers, ISAMA runs an interdisciplinary conference on the arts, mathematics and architecture. ISAMA 2009 is planned for Albany, NY, USA the week of 22–25 June; more details will be online soon. (ISAMA 2008 Valencia was held 16-20 June in Valencia, Spain.)
